With Pay Upfront, you pay for the build at $80/hr, then switch to the $12/month Sync Foundation hosting plan. You own the site outright, your ongoing costs are lower, and one hour of changes per month is always included.
Every month, you can send me a list of changes — updated text, new photos, tweaked contact info, whatever you need. As long as the work takes under an hour, it's fully covered. If a request will take longer, I'll let you know in advance. Extra time is billed at $80/hr.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If your traffic grows and you need more resources, moving to Sync Standard or Sync Flex is seamless — I'll handle the migration with no downtime.
Your site is yours. If you built on the Upfront model especially, you own every file and can take it anywhere. I'll provide a full export of your site. For All-In Monthly clients, I ask for 30 days notice before cancellation.
